Complete rebuilding services for open-well, deep borewell, and industrial effluent submersible pumps. We utilize water-resistant poly-wrap copper wire, mechanical carbon/ceramic seal refurbishments, and hydro-static chamber pressure tests to eliminate water ingress risks.
Our Systematic Engineering Process:
- Step 1: Non-destructive Core Stripping: Thermal breakdown of old varnish without damaging core silicon steel laminations.
- Step 2: Precision Coil Winding: Computerized bobbin winding using Grade 2 electrolytic dual-coat copper wire.
- Step 3: Slot Insulation: Class H Nomex/Mylar slot liners and phase insulation separators.
- Step 4: Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI): Deep chemical resin varnish penetration and controlled oven curing.
- Step 5: Dynamic Balancing & Final Testing: Rotor spin balancing, insulation resistance (Megger), and no-load current verification.
