Overhaul of 500HP Sugar Mill Crusher Motor
Complete rewind of a 500 HP 3.3kV slip ring induction motor following a severe stator winding burnout. We engineered new form-wound coils, upgraded the insulation system from Class B to Class H, dynamically balanced the 1.2-ton rotor, and restored full production within a 96-hour turnaround window.
Quality Verification & Delivery:
All repaired units pass full-load no-load telemetry, megohmmeter insulation resistance checking (>100 MΩ), polarization index (PI) verification, and dynamic vibration analysis before dispatch to client facilities.
